Bought Tickets and Need to Change My Payment Method

To change how you bought tickets on SmashTix, make sure both payment methods are on file.

1. Go to Profile > Settings > Payment
2. Under Payment options for buying tickets click Add a new payment option
3. Follow the steps

If you have a registered SmashTix account, we can switch your payment method from:

• Credit card to credit card
• PayPal to credit card
• Credit card to PayPal 

We can't switch payment methods:

• From PayPal to a new PayPal account
• To Apple Pay, PayPal Credit, or Google Pay

Once the new payment method is in your account, contact us and we'll switch your payment.
